A somatic practice to unwind & release the survival response through your body, surrender open to receive the love and support that's here for you, and remember who you truly are. This is a great practice for when you are overwhelmed or in crisis and it's hard to relax. Together we will lean into the sympathetic charge & do some shaking to move it through, so we can then rest more deeply after the practice.
